Your Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, you will enhance our customers' shopping experiences. Here’s what your role entails:

  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience by assisting with sizing, styling, purchases, and returns.
  • Keep the store looking great by ensuring shelves are stocked, fitting rooms are tidy, and the stockroom is organized.
  • Deliver fast and friendly service at the checkout, managing queries, voids, and returns.
  • Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries, ensuring products are accurately priced and displayed on the shop floor while meeting our high standards.
