Position: School Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Kidderminster , Worcestershire
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 10 hours per week (Monday to
Friday, 16:00 PM - 18:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
General Cleaning Duties:
- Mopping,
vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting across various areas including classrooms,
offices, reception areas, hallways, stairs, kitchens, and toilets.
- Emptying bins and
replacing bin liners to ensure cleanliness throughout the school.
Stock Management:
- Monitoring and
reporting low stock levels to management to maintain adequate supplies.
- Restocking
consumables as needed, such as toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soaps, and
sanitizers.
Team Leadership:
- Leading a team of
Cleaning Operatives to ensure that all cleaning standards are consistently
maintained.
- Ensuring that all
tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements
DBS Check: Must be able to pass a DBS criminal record
check to ensure the safety of the school environment.
Reference Check: Must pass a reference check as part
of the application process.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively
both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating reliability and
initiative.
