Position: Customer Team Member
Location: 227/233 Munster Road, Fulham, SW6 6BT
Salary: £13.15 per hour (including London allowance)
Contract: Permanent, part-time (12 hours per week +
regular overtime)
Shifts: Varied, including early mornings, afternoons,
late evenings, and weekends
Your Role
As a Customer Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities
will include:
Customer Service: Delivering friendly and thoughtful
service, responding to queries, and ensuring every customer feels valued.
Teamwork: Working closely with your colleagues to
solve problems and create a positive atmosphere in the store.
Store Operations: Keeping the store safe and
compliant, from stocking shelves to ensuring prices and dates are correct.
Product Knowledge: Helping customers discover new
products and services, sharing your knowledge and experiences with the team.
Community Engagement: Getting involved in local
activities and events, supporting the community where you work.
